Refunds
We offer a no-questions-asked 365-day money-back guarantee. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at support@fuzzyyellowballs.com or reach out by Live Chat or Phone via the links in your purchase invoice.  Refunds may take up to 2 business days to appear on your online statement. Your card-issuing bank determines the exact time.

Returns
Returns Not Required. You do not need to send back any product in the mail that you are unsatisfied with or have received a refund for.  You are not required to return any bonus materials, such as the bonus DVDs, either. Keep everything as our way of saying 'thanks for trying out Fuzzy Yellow Balls.'  Or, gift it to a tennis buddy who you think might enjoy it more!
